Charge 5 stops working

My two year old charge five stops working until I hook it back up to battery charger which seems to reboot. The battery is charged so it’s not due to low battery. This is happening at least twice a day.🤨

The same is happening to me when I use exercise mode on a walk. It just shuts off. When I get home and connect to the charger it restarts and the battery is not dead.

Mine started doing it when I used the exercise mode as well, now it just does it randomly. Very frustrating.

Exactly the same for me and I am so angry cos I'm training for a marathon and not able to track properly! Glad it's not just me though because thought I was going mad with it having loads of battery when I out on charge when it reboots!

Mine has just died and will not charge at all, only had it 18mths 😡

There are NO answers to any of the posts about the Charge 5 ceasing to work.  It's just more people posting how theirs quit working .

Please don't vote someone or yourself as the best answer when it is no actually an answer.

So - does anyone actually have a solution to this problem?
