Last week my distance tracker stopped working, tried changing to each GPS mode to no avail. Hopefully unrelated but now my display only shows the 5 dots to navigate between HR, zone minutes, steps, distance and calories...but no data shown and the dots are at the top of the screen. Cannot access any features, like settings, alarms or starting a run. Restarted a few times on the charger to no avail. Weirdest part is that I can read texts and emails when they come in!
This is a warranty unit, about a year old. Original purchase about a year and a half ago. Does this look like the kiss of death?

Hi there, @Wompwomp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 still stuck on the 5 dots. I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the restart you've done, please try the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
