Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

This will be the second time I’ve had to return a charge 5 because it is stuck on the logo. It shows it wasn’t synced Friday or Saturday. There was an update showing in the app, I updated and it’s still bricked. Updates seem to be the problem. It needs to be resolved or recalled because this is causing a negative opinion of this product

Since Fitbit merged with Google I have noticed on a regular basis there are sync issues for a couple of days.  I haven't noticed an update problem but I believe I am going to start paying more attention to the updates.
