Frozen screen Charge 5

Hi guys

Just synched my Fitbit to my Android phone and tested out the 'Find My Phone' facility. It sent a loud signal to my phone so it works but now its stuck on that screen and I can't get it to change. Help!!

I appreciate the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device using the charging cable: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you continue to have the same problem, you can also try changing the clock face option following these steps

My charge 5 is also frozen.  It will not go beyond the time screen.  I've rebooted it multiple times with the directions above and after it reboots, same issue.  It is fully charged.  I've cleaned the screen etc.

Mine was sorted. I didn't realise that there is a reset button on the charger!! Not the watch
