My Charge 5 stopped working overnight 3 days ago. Woke up to the logo showing and no way to clear it. I’ve done the resets, it’s fully charged and no change. Purchased last September so it’s still in warranty. Trying to locate warranty information on this site wants to take me to twitter rather than give me details on warranty. Why no easy access?

This started happening on mine in the last two weeks too.
Letting it die completely, unlinking from my phone, and charging it back up allows it to get past the logo and work normally, but trying to connect it to my phone bricks it again.
