Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit Logo. Reset does nothing. Paid for premium service though February 2025; no refunds. My Charge 5 is now just brick technology; engineered to fail just out of warranty. Makes a nice $140 nightlight as long it's plugged in. Switching to a $22 Men's/Women's Digital Sports Watch, Fitness Tracker, IP68 Waterproof with Pedometer/Sleep Tracker/Timer. Won't be disappointed if it doesn't work any longer than a Fitbit.
