My firbit Charge 5 was charged with 75% left at the point it started to act up. I have followed all steps posted for charging, checking bluetooth connection, uninstall ingredients and reinstalling.Fitbit and phone fully charged and can't get to sync. It has gone from unresponsive to constant rebooting going black screen and then flashing logo several times. To now having red circle with white x.
Comments in other posts have gone unanswered other than replies of additional users with same problem.
Only had this fitbit for 2 yrs. Would really appreciate a response and potential fix.

Still not working.
Never get the updates banner.
Restarting the device also not giving any different results than what's already been reported.

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Charge 5 and report that it's stuck on a red X, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this issue and provide further help. Hope to hear some good news soon!

I click on the hyperlink for customer support team in your response, and it loops me back to the general suggestions I've already attempted. Is there a number that I can call to get assistance from a live person?
Feeling like just keep getting the same suggestions and no results.
Feeling incredibly disappointed.
