My Charge 5 is stuck on the start up screen. I’ve tried the re start on the charger and it doesn’t change. I tried to remove my device and now it won’t re sync. I need help. I also have another Charge 5 that the spring for the band broke on.. I would like to get it fixed. Both units are only a few months old.

I appreciate the information provided about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
There are a fw recommendations listed here that are usually helpful with display issues. However, it seems that you already tried some of these steps and you continue to have this problem with the display.
