Very disappointed with Fitbit I’ve had 2 charge 5s the first time my screen stopped working now on my new one the battery dies in a day and the ECG testing does not work it keeps going back to 30 seconds and the calorie tracking is off by over 30% these watches are a complete waste of money save up and buy something better

When you received the new Charge 5, was 171 firmware already installed or did you update it?

Fitbit purposefully tanked their product with the latest firmware then when I complained sent me a discount for a newer purchase. Funny how in one update I have a brick on my wrist. No thanks Apple Junior. Not Interested in a company that trashes their trackers. Garmin looks great.

Similar story. My Charge 5 screen went out so they sent me a replacement. The replacement lasted less than a year before the battery suddenly failed one day and cannot charge beyond 1%. Prior to that, battery was ok and lasting a while, maybe a week or so.
