Hi all, I am in a similar situation. Few days ago, my Charge 5 suddenly died while I was running. It was all dark and unresponsive. After returning home, I put it on charger, tried to restart as per the specified procedures and there is no response. My phone doesn't connect anymore. It's been few days now and still nothing. Did anyone experience similar thing? My device is hardly one and half years old and I was not expecting this trouble.

Loads of people are complaining about the same battery issues all in the last few days yet all fitbit seem to do is post the same generic responses telling us to look at battery articles! They have obviously caused something with a firmware update
