I have a Charge 5 that continually is out of Sync with my Iphone SE. I have done everything I could to work with the App but there is a continual issue with the sync. I will be shipping it back for a refund.

Hi @JLB58 have you gotten with customer service first? They are the ones who can authorize a return for a refund and there is a specific time window in which to do it, if purchased directly from Fitbit. If you purchased from another retailer, you'd need to get with them.
