Charge 5 not syncing correctly. It partially loaded yesterday's information. Todays is also partial. I've deleted device, reinstalled, restarted both phone and device. Nothing seems to be working. Was there an update that is causing problems?
I have had all these same problems but when it eventually started working again the battery doesn't seem to be what it used to be. I charged in to 100% on thursday evening but by Friday morning it was down to 70 odd percent and now this morning it is only on 14%

Also, the Manul Screen Lock is still not working after multiple restart tries!
What we have here is a failure to communicate!
I am still having issues with the my fit bit not connecting to my phone, I have tried all the steps and done the update, it worked for about 2 weeks and now were having issues again.

There have been several Charge 5 users reporting that they can't sync to the Fitbit app on their phone. See this thread (<-- click link).
Please consider joining the other Charge 5 users on the thread that I linked so that you will get any updates that I'm able to share.
Although I'm not sure that they have any information on this issue, you can contact Support (<-- click link) to report the issue. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
