My Charge 5 is on version 188.58 and it just won’t give me the option to update to 194.91. The Pink ribbon does not show. I tried it on an iPhone and Samsung phone and on both it does not show the Pink ribbon. On the iPhone when I go to my account > Fitbit settings > help & support > Check for Charge 5 Update it says it is up to date. Even though it is on an older firmware version…
Through the process I also reset it on the charger, restarted a few times both phones and the watch and I reinstalled the apps and factory reset the Charge 5 a couple of times. Completely out of ideas here.

Hi @rangh not everyone gets the update at the same time. A rolling update means I might get it this week and you might get it the following week. It's a way to slowly introduce an update to the devices. Nothing you can do to speed up the process.

Hello @rangh
My suggestion is to not be concerned about it right now. Sometimes a firmware update is halted for one reason or another. That is likely the case with your Charge 5.
Just to let you know, my Charge 5 is on the same firmware version as yours.

dont do the update , it will kill your charge 5 , read some of the complaints after the update was installed, and Fitbit won't stand behind the failed update . they will just give you a discount to buy another , and they don't even offer the charge 5 anymore
