Hi,
I’ve tried several attempts at syncing my Fitbit Charge 5 with my iPhone 11 Pro Max and noticed it hasn’t been able to at all, since today. Anyone else having similar issues?
I’ve tried several attempts at restarting both the phone and the watch to no improvement.
Also noticed the Charge 5 interface is sluggish - is this something that happens if the watch is running out of space for data?
Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same problem Vinay, though with a Galaxy Flip 3. There was a phone software update on Nov 26 and since then my phone can't find the tracker. Have tried rebooting phone and tracker and reinstalling the app but when it tries to pair, it can't find my Charge 5. I can only intermittently see it on the list of available Bluetooth devices when I open Bluetooth settings.

Just to add - my phone is the only device I have with me that will sync with the Charge, so I thought I'd see if I could sync with my PC so I don't lose all my data since the last successful sync. I can't see a way to do that unfortunately, but my PC can definitely find my Charge, so I assume there's only an issue between my phone and my tracker. My phone connects fine with other Bluetooth devices too.
