Charge 5 unresponsive - solved with chat agent

My Charge 5 never went out of waterprotect mode. I have no screen logo or anything. It will only sync after I reset it with the charger. It's been 2 weeks I already tried draining the battery and reset again without any mote luck. I need a working product or my money back. Since I got the charge 5 last spring I've been met by many small resolvable issue.
