Hi I’ve had my charge 5 for only 18 months and it’s been fine up until last night, it just went blank and won’t reboot, after many times trying eventually got it to turn on with the pressing charger button 3 times it has since crashed a few times and now will do nothing 

like I said it’s only 18 months old !
