Charge 5 unusable since update

Since the last update of my charge 5, my Fitbit became non-fonctionnalités : the battery started discharging immediately. The applications don t work either. It shows error messages. I contacted customer services, and all they would do is ask me through factory-resetting the device, which wouldn't help. I contacted them again , however, the problem is completely being ignored by Fitbit. They just ignored my issue now…

See the other threads regarding this. They are trying not to acknowledge there is a huge issue with their latest update. A BBC news article just came out about it today.

Saw the article and sent them a message saying all this is not a coincidence. But what do we do??
