I have been using the device for around 4 months and the vibration strength have been fine (uses for waking up). But suddenly it become really weak. There was no device drop or hard impact. Have tried reset, clear data and char to full but noting works. Not sure if there is a fix for this?

Hi there, @Tara_33. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.
If you already tried adjusting the vibration strength on the device's settings, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device using the charging cable as well by following the steps below:
Let me know if you notice a different in vibration strength after the restart and after you change the settings one more time.

Hi Marre,
Unfortunately I have tried both changing vibration strength to strong and reset by charging cable but still have a weak vibration (compre to a couple days before).
