All the vibrations on my charge 5 have stopped working properly. When an alarm goes off, it still vibrates just very very softly. I’ve tried changing the vibrations settings, syncing the watch, as well as restarting it both through the watch and also using the cable in the wall. What has happened to my watch?

Hi there, @SamS49. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the vibration feature on your Charge 5 is too weak. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here. I'll be glad to help you!
If you already tried adjusting the vibration strength on the device's settings, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device using the charging cable as well by following the steps below:
Let me know if you notice a difference in vibration strength after the restart. Additionally, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @MarreFitbit
Thanks for getting back to me. I tried restarting it at the wall as instructed. When I did I noticed the vibrations greatly improve but only for a moment before returning to a weaker vibration.
The day before the vibrations stopped working, I spent a bit of time in a sauna with my watch on, is it possible that the heat has messed with the watch?
Cheers
