Charge 5 white line on screen

Today my charge 5 screen randomly started displaying a white line across the bottom. At first I was able to get it to go away by swiping up to the settings or sideways to the apps, but it kept reappearing. Now it’s constantly there whenever the screen is on, even when the fitbit logo first appears after restarting. 

I’ve tried charging the device, changing the clock face and restarting and can’t get rid of it. 

It wasn’t knocked or damaged in any way prior to this, it was gone one minute and there the next. 

Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that the line is still appearing on your Charge 5's screen. I understand your cocern, I will do my best to help you with this!
