My Charge 5 will not charge past 7%. Actually l got it to charge to 14% but after rebooting it it went back to 6%. Rebooted multiple times via the button on the charge cable as well as the settings in the Fitbit. Also left charging multiple days and still the charging screen shows 7%.
Received an email from support. Even though my Fitbit is under 9 months old and I provided proof of purchase, the warranty is void because I did not purchase through them. I purchased off of Amazon.
I ran the email through my message decryption tool and this is how it read...Seriously if we chose to do the right thing and stand behind our defective product (Charge 5) we would go bankrupt. Please purchase one directly from us even though we are doing nothing to right the wrong.
Time for me to move on to a company that stands behind their product and actually cares about their customers.

Used to like Fitbits but this will definitely be the last one for me if it is not fixed or replaced. With the amount of other similar post and nothing being done it is a wonder how Fitbit can stay in business...
