Hi
1 week old Fitbit 5 will not allow me to put Screen wake in Auto . Have tried Resetting using button on Charger

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know what happens when you select the "Auto" option or if the option is grayed out.
In addition to the three pulse restart method, you can also try setting up the Charge 5 a as a new device in your account. Let me know if you continue to have the same problem afterwards.
