I've had my Charge 5 for 4 months or so now. It has worked really good. All of sudden today it will not sync with my phone (latest version of Android - Samsung Z Flip 3). It says that it can't sync and gives me the tips to fix it. I have tried the following with no luck:
-Closed and re-opened Fitbit application
-Restarted phone
-Turned bluetooth on and off (>15 seconds)
-Force stopped application and restarted
-Restarted FitBit Charge 5 from wrist
Not really sure where to go from here? It says there is no data from the last 24 hours of sleep, etc. but it was worn and will not sync to my phone.
Battery is displaying on the app - 51%

I am having the same issue. I also unpaired and repaired my charge 5 and Uninstaller and reinstalled the Fit bit app.
