Back of my Versa fell off and now will not hold a charge. Would like a refund or replacement and it seems impossible to get any response from FitBit. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you

Hi @Dragon27 - if your watch is under warranty and is faulty it can be replaced. You can only get a refund in the first 45 days.
Otherwise if the face fell off water may have also caused damage or the face may have just got disconnected. It may be possible to reconnect it and glue it.
