Charge 5 - red X on screen

Hi , my fitbit charge 5 is showing a Red Circle with an X on it   Any idea how to fix this?   Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Charge 5 won't charge anymore

Back of my Versa fell off and now will not hold a charge. Would like a refund or replacement and it seems impossible to get any response from FitBit. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
