Heart rate too high on Charge 5

Charge 5 only showing sleep score/stages one day of the week

Hello! I recently got a Charge 5 and was hoping to use it to improve my sleep, however it will only show me my sleep score one day a week. Otherwise it’s just showing me “Asleep, Restless and Awake.” Is this normal? If not, how do I fix it? Thank you...
