Resolved! Can't use my discount to purchase a Charge 5

Hi, since I can't reply to my previous post about lines on my charge 3 I'm starting new post.  You've offered me a discount off a new item but I can't use against charge 5 - why? I don't want a generation old fitbit, want the latest version. Thankyou...
