Charge 5 won't charge or sync

My fitbit got emptied out of power, but now I can't get it to get any power back at it at all. And the apps says that's it can not sync either.. That's weired not as it will not get on after I emptied the power out! My charger will not give it power.. It turned on a few times then all black again.. With even less power..

Sorry to hear that you are both having issues with your devices. 

The first troubleshooting tip to try is restarting your device using the charging cable that came with your Fitbit. Click here to get more detailed instructions on Restarting the Charge 5

Hopefully, performing a restart will fix both the charging & synch issues.

Plz tell me how to restart a product that don't wanna get power back on to it. After this have been done...

Yes I contacted the support team as I'm haven't had this problem on this charge 5 before it turned out off power. Before the program update that was last time I didn't have this issue at all.. So I'm wondering if there is still any way around this to get it to receive any power at all.. Because with this button on the charger there has to be something else that can restart this prosess.. I've tried everything about 3 x times before 8 seconds runs out.. But this don't Looks like it will do the trick.. So I'm trying to figure out how to make this work with any another amount of pulling that button.. Sorry my bad English..

I gave up! Getting a new one from the support team.. 

My warranty was valid that's why I get a new one...
