Charge 5 won't charge or sync

Hi, as of this morning I cannot charge or sync my fitbit anymore. I have the latest updates on my phone. Tried to make new bluetooth connection but my phone cannot find my fitbit anymore. I also cannot charge my fitbit anymore. Fitbit is still working with a 51% battery. What can I do to fix this?

As a first approach, please restart your Charge 5 and then, attempt to sync. If it's still not syncing after the restart, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Once you manage to solve the syncing difficulties, let's troubleshoot the issue with the battery by attempting these suggestions
