Plugged in my charge 5 to charge it up and it started vibrating continuously then screen went blank and since then no display and will no longer charge up. Looked up various troubleshooting tips but none working- still under 1 year warranty

If you bought it from someone other than Fitbit, you might have rights against the seller; these issues will be governed by your jurisdiction.
