Charge 5 won't charge

I bought this Fitbit off Amazon in April 2023-the vendor was the Electronics Club. The last time I charged it was September 8th, but then on September 9th I noticed the watch was dead, and when I plug it in it says "O%" and it won't charge. I tried pushing the button on the charger three times as someone here suggested but it didn't help. I called Fitbit support and they had me send them a picture of the charger, only to come back with "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do. Contact the vendor." The vendor says, "Sorry, it's past our 30 day warranty period." If anyone has any other suggestions other than trying a different outlet or a different usb port, please let me know. When I plug it in, it vibrates once and lights up to show "O%", and then the screen blacks out. And it doesn't charge.

I am really annoyed that I paid $130 for this product that is less than 6 months old, and Fitbit is just giving me the runaround. Why am I not getting a replacement for this?

Hi @Jlisah  Fitbit only has a warranty for those who purchase from Fitbit authorized retailers. Amazon purchases can be a bit tricky. Your seller needed to be a sold and fulfilled by Amazon item to be covered by Fitbit's warranty. You might try to get with Amazon and the seller to see what options, other than Fitbit Customer Support, is available.
