My Charge 5 was at 4%. Won’t charge, even after a few hours, blank screen. Cleaned pins and sensors and also tried resetting a few times, still doesn’t work. The device was purchased in 2023.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue charging your Charge 5. Thanks for having having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
If you have checked all other possible reasons why your device won't as charge, as mentioned here, without success, I'd suggest to contact the support team for further assistance:
