My charge 5 has 2% battery but won’t charge!
have cleaned it, tried to reset by pressing button 3 times
Have also plugged in to different ports to try and charge, nothing wrong with cable
when I first attempted to charge it buzzed but nothing appeared in the screen like normal
now there is nothing at all

Hi there, @racheyp67. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As you already know, there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Charge 5 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

I tried resetting and a different usb port and managed to get the logo, it then went to clock but kept changing back to the Fitbit logo.
when I plug in the watch vibrates but nothing happen, it tells me it’s synced but when it does come on it’s showing incorrect time. The last time it worked and synced was 10.52 but at 11.30 it said 10.52! it then went black again and despite vibrating when plugged in it’s still a black screen
I have no red or green lights on the back either
i have cleaned it, before I messaged you
