Charge.5 won’t charge. Been on charger for 5 days and I have no charge.

If this is related to the battery, please follow the recommendations provided in this article to resolve problems with the battery. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black or unresponsive, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
