Charge 5 won’t charge

As soon as I connect my Charge 5 for charging it starts flashing the Fitbit logo. It will not charge. I’ve tried absolutely every suggestion to reboot.

Hi, @Lynen, welcome to the community, you can check the charge status of your "Charge 5" by syncing the app on your phone (In the today screen slide your finger down and release after the green progress bar is complete note the value next to the battery icon in the top right) You might note Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?   Allowing the device does have a significant charge you can restart it by connecting to the charging cable & pressing the button Update, Restart, and Erase is a link to the manual that is worth your time.
