Hi, I have been having ongoing troubles with my Charge 5s. I recently had my tracker replaced again and now it won't charge. I checked and cleaned contacts. I tried my wife's charger. I tried the restart option listed in another thread. None of these worked.

How long did you leave it on the charger?

I had left it plugged in all day today with no progress. It also never gave me the charging screen. I messed with it after work and still couldn't get the charging screen to pop up.

I think you might have a faulty battery. I'd contact Support and have them run a Battery Test. The fact that you've tried it all day and on multiple chargers leads me to believe it's something with the battery itself.
