My Fitbit charge 5 is dead, I bought a new charger but the battery is dead and doesn’t recharge. I have cleaned everything, tried to restart with the cable and follow all the help guides but nothing is helping. Can the clock be sent somewhere for reparations? How long is the guarantee? I bought my watch in May 2022.

Fitbit offers standard 1 year limited warranty in the USA and 2 years in the European Economic Area (EEA) & Australia.
