Charge 5 won't charge

Battery stuck on 1% and won’t charge, tried everything I’ve read in this forum and what Fitbit said to do. Nothing is working, only 9 months old! 2nd one to do this! I can get it to come on by 3 pushes of button but will not charge, what should I do?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected.
Although you've mentioned already having tried to get things fixed, please take your time and go through all possible reasons why your device won't charge:

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If there's really nothing that will solve your issue, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get your device replaced. Having been purchased 9 months ago, it should be covered by Fitbit's warranty.
