Charge 5 won't charge

My fitbit Charge 5 stopped charging today. The screen says 1% battery life when attached to the charger and makes haptic buzz, but never goes past 1%. I tried everything suggested when having a problem charging, different locations, cleaning the pins, resetting the device, nothing has worked.

Hi @fishstick22 are you using you phonrs wall wort? 

I would check that the Charge 5 and charger are properly connected. You should feel a vibration.

Have you tried what @Rich_Laue suggested?

I’m having a similar issue.   Restarting did not help.  All the leads seem clean.  I connect to the charger and there seems to be full functionality, but no charge.   Oddly enough, my FitBit One ?! Won’t charge either
