Charge 5 won't charge

Charge 5 will not charge more than 55% . been charging for 36 hrs.

Hello @Arkygirl34 

You might try restarting your device followed by charging it. It might take multiple restarts & recharging to get your device to become "unstuck" and retain a proper charge. This is what worked for me when my Charge 5 battery started draining rapidly. I did this process multiple times over several days until my device went back to lasting 6-7 days.
