Yesterday my charge stopped working and I thought I had just let the battery go too low so I put it on the charger and after an hour, I pulled it off and put it on and didn’t really look at it. It shut down again so it didn’t wake me up this morning. (Thank you back up alarms)
I reset it, factory default and it will not connect with my phone past the found stage. The phone screen says “found it!”, the watch keep saying download the app.
I’m on an iPhone iOS 17.4.1.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @gomaa!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5.
If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest to remove your device from your Fitbit app before setting it up again.

Hi there, @gomaa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
The issue you're experiencing now comes from performing the factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth. With that being said, and as @Talahthas has also recommended, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
