My charge 5 won’t connect to my device(s). It sees my charge 4 which I’ve had to replace because of broken strap. But not the 5.

Best AnswerFound the answer. Open your Fitbit app, (with Bluetooth on) in the upper LEFT corner tap icon, scroll down tap set up your device. Recommend updating after.
