FYG this is a dynamic link & should provide you with your local contact details. It's a good move to make a note of the steps you have taken and the results so you can brief the agent clearly. You should check Fitbit's warranty as you appear to be outside Amazon's returns period. Inevitably this will rely on Indian consumer law.

You should try to contact customer support by using the link on the Fitbit website. If they give you the option to return the product for a refund, I suggest you take the refund rather than get a replacement. Based on the enormous number of posts about this type of problem, your experience is not unusual for a Charge 5.

I tried this option but still not holding the charge. It is charging fully but getting discharged within 10 mins

Please see my comment above. The sooner you contact customer support, the more likely it is that they will be able to replace your device or provide a refund.
