My Fitbit Charge 5 was purchased in November 2022. It won't hold a charge. It will charge up to 100% but almost immediately drops to ~ 20% when disconnected from the charger. Can this be reset or does it need replaced. I bought it at COSTCO

I did the restart process using the button on the charging cord - the fitbit "buzzed" and logo appeared briefly but did not come to life.

You will likely need a copy of your Costco receipt for the warranty claim.
