Charge 5 won't reboot

My screen is frozen. 

I have attempted to reboot using the charger and the watch vibrates in response to me pushing the button 3 times but then doesn't restart.

Charge 5 is currently not working- I have reported this problem twice in the last week. Charges- soon as disconnects from the charger powered down within an hour now it powers down straight away.  Product is faulty- mine is less than 4 months old. Spoke to fitbit- now I am being sent a replacement
