Hw do I set a "move alarm nuge" ??

Hello @Bialun 

 

Do you mean the reminders to move, 10 minutes before the hour to get 250 steps?

 

If so, from the Today Screen in the App on your phone, tap your profile picture, then Charge 5, then Reminders To Move. Tap to switch them to On and select the times you want them for.

 

Remember to sync your device so that it is able to vibrate to remind you.
