Hello my name is Camdyn Carpenter and I haven’t been receiving message notifications on my Fitbit Charge 5. I have tried all the troubleshooting options without it working. I was wondering if you would be able to help. I have already contacted the help and they had Fitbit support contact me. I haven’t received any emails to my questions I have asked them. I also have an IPhone.

To better assist you, may I know if the messages you're referring are the iMessages? If so, I can relate to this since I also have a similar issue, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". I am talking about iMessages, on one of the troubleshooting, it says to update the actual Fitbit watch but I don’t know where to find that. Do you?
