Charge 5 won't recharge

I was wearing my Charge 5 and noticed it just went blank. I thought it needed charging, although I had just charged it a day ago. after i connected it to the charger, still nothing happened. I adjusted it, unplugged it etc, and still nothing. I was given this watch  7 months ago for Christmas.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
