Charge 5 won't respond

My Charge 5 suddenly stopped working. I have tried all the soft and hard reset methods suggested on these forums, but nothing seems to work. 

This is my fifth FitBit purchase over the years, and it seems that they are designed to last between eighteen and twenty four months. This will be my last FitBit purchase.

Mine also stopped today.  Won't sync and I also did all the resets, and since I uninstalled the app my phone can't fnd my Fitbit.  The battery won't show that it's charging or draining.

Mine is doing the same thing. This is the second time.  The first time I was able to get it to start working again using some of the resets, now nothing.  No response to anything.  I have always been a faithful Fitbit user but may need to look at other options.  This fitbit is just outside of the warranty so it seems like between 14 and 24 months they just quit.
