My Fitbit stopped working a couple of days ago. I feel the vibrations but the screen doesn’t work. I’ve tried the reset multiple times for a couple of days now and it still does not work. What is the next step ?

Hi @GrayL -- If it is still syncing with your phone (i.e., if your app still shows steps/activity accumulating over the day) try changing the clock face in the app.
If that doesn't work, you might try letting the battery run all the way down -- just keep wearing it until you get notifications in on the app that it is time to recharge, and then keep wearing it until it won't sync anymore, wait another day and then charge it to full. That worked for me when I screwed mine up by taking it into a steam room (water resistance breaks down in that situation).
